The Inherent Humor in Film!

Just the concept of a movie is funny.  The idea that a business, a lucrative business, can be made from a human creating their view of existence and then making other humans pay money to watch it.  Humor is essential to life, because if you take anything too seriously then the world is too much with you. Laugh.  Create gargantuan myths.  Make others do the same.  Keep the world young.

Of note, I respect the people who take the time to to make movies, because I know it is an involved, laborious process, and many of the men and women who create films are in it for the right reasons.  The reviews and thoughts posted on this site are intended to be enjoyable and not inflammable.  And here’s to the hope that one day I’ll see the perfect movie, and can write about it.
